The diagnostic

Fifteen minutes to understand how your practice is currently getting patients.

No prep needed. We’ll ask a few questions about how people find you, what happens after they inquire, and where you feel growth is getting stuck.

If there’s a clear opportunity for Outcome Reach to help, we’ll explain what that could look like.

What happens

  1. Current situation

You tell us how your practice currently attracts and converts new patients.

  2. A few questions

We ask about your marketing, follow-up and booking process.

  3. Next step

If there's a fit, we explain what we would improve and what happens next.

Who you meet:
the operator, not a setter. The person on this call runs the installs.
Who this is for:
US medical aesthetics practices with consultation capacity to fill.

Asked on most diagnostic calls

How much does it cost?

There is a one-time setup fee, a rolling monthly management fee, and your ad spend, which you pay directly to Meta with no markup. The figure is quoted on the diagnostic call, after we have seen your account, because pricing your practice before diagnosing it would mean pricing you like every other practice.

Do we have to change our booking system?

No. We route patients into it. Nothing inside your practice changes.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work through partner access, which you can revoke at any time.

We've been burned by an agency before. Why is this different?

The usual pain is silence: no visibility into what ran or what it produced. This system is built the other way round. You see the pipeline from day one, reporting leads with consultations rather than reach, and the terms mean we re-earn the engagement every month.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Rolling monthly, 30 days' written notice, and one final monthly invoice, which we tell you about now rather than later.

Who is this for?

US medical aesthetics practices with consultation capacity to fill. If a full installed system would not serve your practice yet, we will say so.
