Comparison

What you are actually choosing between.

Every option below can produce ads. The question that decides your consultation calendar is different: who owns the gap between an enquiry and a consultation.

Context

In-house works until it competes with patient-facing time. A good ads-only specialist can be genuinely good at ads; the engagement simply ends at the click. Neither is a criticism. They are different products.

The gap

The failure point is almost never the ad.

Harvard Business Review research found the average firm takes 42 hours to respond to a lead, and firms responding within the hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it. The failure point is almost never the ad. It is everything after the click, and that is the part only an installed system covers.

When not to choose us

When we are not the right choice.

  • Your clinic is under £50k a month in treatment revenue. The economics of a full installed system usually don’t serve you yet, and we will say so on the call.
  • You want lead volume as the deliverable. We deliver booked and attended consultations, and we optimise for nothing else.
  • You want social media management or organic content. We don’t sell it.
