How the commercial model works.
The figure is quoted on the diagnostic call, after we have seen your account and your service area. Everything else about the model is here, openly, because how you pay matters as much as what you pay.

The structure
Three elements. No tiers, no add-ons.
- Setup
One-time fee
Covers the install: positioning, page build, automation, compliance review.
- Management
Rolling monthly fee
One rolling monthly fee. No tiers, no add-ons.
- Ad spend
Paid direct to Meta
Paid by you, directly to Meta. It never passes through us and it is never marked up.
Why the number waits
The quote follows the diagnosis.
Quoting before diagnosing would mean pricing your practice like every other practice. The diagnostic establishes your budget, service area and treatment mix first; the quote follows from those.
We price around your practice, not a generic template. The diagnostic establishes three things first:
- BudgetWhat level of media spend makes sense
- Service areaHow far patients realistically travel
- Treatment mixWhich services you want to grow
- QuoteBuilt around those three inputs
The terms that matter
The terms, stated up front.
- You're not signing a six or twelve month contract. The engagement is rolling monthly.
- Notice is 30 days in writing, plus one final monthly invoice. We tell you that now, rather than letting you discover it later.
- We keep everything running properly through your notice period, we don't down tools the day you tell us.
- Your ad account stays yours. Partner access, revocable any time.
Nothing is held hostage.
What you keep
What you keep, and what we run.
You keep the assets and the accounts. We run the advertising and everything around the inquiry.

The one exception
Your landing page runs on our infrastructure, and our conversion tracking runs on it. You own the page assets in full, and if you want your own tracking pixel running alongside, that is fine. Outcome Reach retains its system-level methodologies, benchmarks and optimization learnings. Patient data remains under your practice’s control.
The arithmetic that matters
The return is decided by numbers you already own.
Your average treatment value, your consultation show rate, and your consultation-to-treatment rate. A low-value treatment plan and a high-value one make the same inquiry worth very different amounts. The diagnostic works this arithmetic through for your practice, with your numbers, before any figure is quoted.
Common questions
Is the setup fee refundable?
No. It pays for the install itself, which you keep in full: page, creative, automation and account structure remain yours if you leave.
Can we pause?
The engagement is monthly. Stopping and restarting is a conversation, not a penalty clause.
Do you take a percentage of revenue?
No. Fixed fees only, and no markup on media.
